Neil Harding - Partner
Neil was educated in Hitchin, before taking his degree at Manchester University. He trained with Wagstaffs, at that time a local firm with two offices (Hitchin and Stevenage) and a number of partners, before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 and joining Ernst & Whinney, then a top 8 firm, at their Luton office.
Following this role, and after a spell in industry, and further time in the profession, Neil started working for himself, as a sole practitioner. Neil then took up the position of partner in a firm based in Shefford and subsequently joined Bradshaw Johnson, as partner designate, before becoming an equity partner in 2006.
Neil has an extensive portfolio of clients, ranging from small self-employed/CIS clients to larger limited company clients, as well as personal tax only clients. Also included are a large number of charity clients, which need either an independent examination or an audit.
Neil enjoys the challenge of helping new businesses and is keen to be involved, to help ensure they get off to the best possible start, thus enabling them to achieve their full potential.
Neil has extensive knowledge of the main software packages used, including Sage, IRIS, Xero and QuickBooks.
Through the firm Neil is licensed by the ICAEW to deal with non-contentious probate and estate administration.
